The Company
The roots of Findlay Plumbing and Heating, Inc. began in the mid-seventies with the entrepreneurial spirit of James W. McCarty. After a number of years in other occupations, Jim decided that he wanted to start a company that would allow him to build on his strengths and skills. In 1975 Jim founded the company of his dreams with his wife Sandra. They established their new business venture in the basement of a 100 year old farmhouse outside Fostoria, Ohio.
